I swear, people don't listen... During 3 months I was waiting for DDR in my city, and now, what I see? Da Pump. Whatever, I was madly happy because at least we have a dancing game on here. [UPDATED Mar 12th]"Sometime somewhere, a nerd guy who were just stuck at computers everytime, discovered a new way of fun and health, dancing games, specially, the one called 'Dance Dance Revolution'. A fun game, BTW. Sometime somewhere, this same guy was playing this machine insanely every day, losing lots of pounds, and when this machine went far from him, he just got a thing that the human people call 'simulator' and started to have fun at home, with no one watching. Since then, this started to become boring, because playing alone IS boring. And since then, he just stopped playing. Because of that, he started fattening again, and just felt in depression due to lack of things to do about it. And then, some arcade owner told him about a dancing machine coming. He got so excited as he can't wait for that damn machine arriving to his city. And so he waited... 1 week... 2 weeks... 5 weeks... 12 (!!) weeks. That was a hella long time. And when he get ready to see the machine at the arcade, a huge name printed at the top of the cabinet got his wishes and slaughtered them. The name: PUMP IT UP."
Quite emotional eh? (jk) Okay, I'll let things clear here: I'm dissapointed as hell. I just dunno what the [beep] the arcade owner was thinking, because he said for himself "That machine [pump] is crap. I'll not buy it". And the day he installed the machine, he said "Much better than DDR". Needless to say, he didn't see DDR at ANYTIME. So he CAN'T TALK SHIT about it.
Besides, I'm kinda happy too. Just because we have a dancing game here. Better than nothing. And believe it, I like PUMP, but no more tham DDR. Really. I have lots of reasons I like DDR more, and I'll be putting them in the next PUMP page update (since I've played it now I can review it fairly). Latest Saturday and Sunday, I've played it during several hours, and, better than everything, I can lose weight again ^_^ (should I start a PUMP diet? =P)
My journey to bring DDR here is not ended yet. I'll still poke the arcade owner about, every day of his existence. He just did a bad, BAD mistake... and I feel really sorry for him. :)
