I had the same damn problem, and my fiancee teased me about it for the longest time. I'll try my best to explain.
I am not explaining the exact move, but more of an exercise to get used to what you are about to actually do.
If I remember correctly, you start on your right and go to the left. Its basically turning both of your arms from in to out at the same time...almost. Have both forearms (shoulder to elbow should be as straight out as humanly possible) going to the right, right hand open and up while the left hand is open and down. Bring your arms, at the same time, out but in front of you, make sure both palms at this time are facing down. When you go to the left, your left hand will be palm up and opened while the right hand is palm down and open. Thats the basic movement without the rolling of the arms. To get used to doing that, have your straight out in front of you, and have them go in little circles in sync. Try putting them together. After you get that down, you'll look at the actual video and it will make a lot more sense.

Edit- I just tried ther Whole song.. i didnt get it.. ill read ur explaination again.. the thing i thoughtr was rite was wrong (jeez game break my spirit ev en more) lol mabe someone at my local arcade can show me..... thanks again Arkady for explaining and u did a good job |

Ever see the dance Speedway? When they roll their arms in sync, its kinda the same thing, but in Boom Boom Fire, its just more constricted, like, closer to the body.  damn para para girls..... always making that stuff look all funky...  |
