I tried it once, and it was all text based, coresponding to the numerical arrow keys on the KB. I played one that Gene made out of a Mudvayne song...and (no offense Gene) it kinda sucked cause it's just too damn hard to make your own songs for that game. I pretty much just threw the steps in randomly so I could get it done. Then I tried something seriously and it was too hard. But what you should do is go to The Melting Pot and download the BMS maker, which makes it a lot easier. Then you can convert it to a DWI with the converter Machesney Park, IL, US • PM • Reply

And the BMS thing actually works pretty well, except when you are looking at it on the screen, you are placing the arrows going upwards instead of downwards, and they aren't arrows, they're little boxes. There has to be a simpler way. If there isn't anything out there yet that's worth using, I wish someone would hurry up and make a program cuz I know for a fact it would definitely be possible to make something that would work so easily. I did like the first 15-20 seconds of Wait And Bleed which took me around 45 minutes because you constantly have to go into the Stepmania program and test it.
