Synching Some DWI Songs
Posted on 2002-04-09 20:22:06
Hey, did anyone else notice that the Korean songs are out of sync horribly? Well, I heard on different sound cards the effects are different, but for me at least the Korean songs are out of sync. So I've decided with all this time I've got on my hands, I'll put them in sync.

So far the only one I have done is Sung Suk. To get that one in sync, change the original GAP number in the DWI file from -951 to -1275. That should put it back on track. When I do more I'll post them here

Well, Ba Kkwo wasn't too far off but I could notice it a little bit so I'd say change the -589 (I think that's what it was) to a -490

Change the -319 on Wa to -230. And guys, I don't mean to seem like I'm spamming the board or anything I actually am doing a little work (just so you don't think I'm cheating to get to my A faster )

---edit---

I think I was a little quick to judge on this one, a slight change might be in order. I'll get back t'ya!

Ok, change Bu Dam's GAP number to -1250. I worked on this song for a half hour and was frustrated so I quit. I came back later and found out why I got so frustrated... I was editing the wrong file the whole time! Anyway! I finally whipped out the right DWI file and synched it

Change Byul to -2200. I know it's only a change of 50 but it should net you a few more perfects

---edit---

Well, that's all the out of synch Korean songs for now. At least that I have. I think Face is Korean (right?) but it was in synch. And I think Dive in 5th Mix might be out of sync just a little bit but since I haven't actually played it in the arcade I don't know if it's actually supposed to be like that or not anyone know?

---edit---edit---

I think I was a little quick to judge on Byul. I think it needs a slight change, but I think I gave up on it too early. I'll try it out later.

As some of you may have noticed (or maybe my computer is just goofy) the mp3 download at DDRManiax for Healing Vision Angelic Mix doesn't work. But I got the short version MP3 from Josh and put it in sync with the steps, so now I got it, woohoo! If anyone else wants it lemme know
